Playtest-Driven Multiplayer Racing Game

Hyper Rush

I developed a comprehensive playtest framework from inception to a released demo for a multiplayer online original IP racing game. I collaborated closely with multiple departments to ensure reliable insights and a cohesive vision for the intended gameplay throughout the entire process.

This playtest framework I crafted involved organising 2-3 playtests with 8 to 16 playtesters per 3-week sprint, utilising both internal and external playtests as valuable tools for prioritisation of gameplay features and testing research objectives. These playtests had a significant impact on team motivation, boosting morale, enhancing productivity, and aligning everyone with the game's vision.
