Strategic UX for Safer Workplaces

To kick off the design of a workplace health and safety app, I led a strategic UX discovery phase that laid the foundation for development. I facilitated workshops with stakeholders to clarify core problems, define user personas and stories, and map out key features. This process helped uncover the app’s real-world complexity, such as managing incident reporting, safety checks, and compliance. It ensured the team was aligned on both user needs and technical scope. The outcome was a shared, realistic understanding of the effort required, along with a focused product vision grounded in user and business goals.
